Conversion runs in your browser using marked v15.0.7 (MIT, vendored with the page). No network calls are made when you type. The preview is rendered into the page from your own input — so only you can ever affect what appears in your preview, but if you paste Markdown you don't trust and click a link inside the preview, that link will navigate. Don't paste untrusted Markdown.
